The annual Active Travel conference is on bonfire night this year – 5th November 2015 at the Pierhead Building, Cardiff.
This year the conference appears to be focussing on increasing participation in women, older people, disabled people and people from BME and disadvantaged backgrounds.
Who should attend?
Local authority staff and members dealing with active travel, planners, engineers involved in designing infrastructure, Communities First co-ordinators, health professionals, representatives from: BME groups; older people; women; disability groups; low income and poverty groups; and others with an interest in improving the health and well-being of diverse communities in Wales
