British Cycling is looking for volunteers in the Cardiff area for its new HSBC Guided Rides programme.
If you are reasonably fit and you are comfortable riding in a group, you could take part in their training day on the 1st July 2017.
The assessed one-day Ride Leadership Award (Level 1) is completely free and qualifies you to deliver guided bike rides for groups of beginner and intermediate level adults and accompanied children on roads and cycle paths.

Participants will receive some branded kit, a British Cycling membership and ongoing support.
You will need to bring your own bike and helmet, but you can apply for a place at the Welsh Cycling Coaching Page.
