I think it is fair to say that Cardiff Council are not mucking about at the moment. They’re building some fantastic infrastructure and they seem to be doing it really quickly.
Castle Street, as of the 19th July 2020, is a completely different place. Also, the new Blackweir cycleway is sublime.
Chapeau to the Council, this is really, really exciting.
