If you were ever curious about the work of Cardiff Cycle Workshop, this video should serve as an excellent primer. Each Friday, the workshop sells off the bikes they have lovingly restored to full health, giving formerly unloved steeds a new home for minimal cost. However, as well as the workshop there is also the training side, which runs courses on everything from wheel building to instructor training.
